Passport / Visa Photos that meet any counties standards.

Don’t have your trip delayed or canceled because of an invalid Passport or Visa photo!

The most important thing to know about Passport and Visa photo’s is that the standards and specifications for most all countries are different from U.S. photo standards.

A photo is a just a photo – not when it comes to the various governments around the world: here are some of the standards that vary: Photo size, size of the persons head in the photo, exact head position in the photo, the background color, clothes the person is wearing, glasses vs no glasses, hair, hats, etc.

Most countries publish 3-4-page documents clearly outlining their requirements for photos. Deviate from just one of those specifications and your application is rejected and you must start the process (the wait and the cost) all over again. We have had clients come to us because they had their photo rejected simply because they were smiling.

With the advent of digital, many countries are now requiring both prints and digital images. Along with that comes another list of required specifications: in addition to the above print requirements there are digital file requirements: Photo size, file size, file format, and color space.

Places like CVS, Walgreens and Walmart have photo kiosks are setup for only US specifications, which is why they are so inexpensive. Ask for a 30–40% gray background and they just cannot do it. Ask for a TIFF format, 1.5-megabyte file, in the sRGB color space and they will look at you like you are from outer space.

Because of the widely varying requirements for non-US passport and visa photos everything is custom. In the 10+ years we have been doing them, we have never had a client have their passport or visa rejected because the photo we provided did not meet that countries standard.

We offer same day service: When you leave, you will have exactly what you need for your passport/visa photo.

Get your passport or visa photo professionally done and eliminate the worries of a returned application which may affect your travel plans.
